What delivery costs
The charge depends on where it is going. It is worked out from your district and shown on the checkout page before you pay — there are no charges added afterwards.

You pay the rider when the order arrives, after you have looked at it.
Collect at a station
Choose a station at checkout. The charge is the same as delivery to that district — collecting saves you the trip to your door, not the cost of getting the goods there. Bring your order number — we will text you when it is ready.
If something is wrong
Check the item before you pay. If it is damaged, not what you ordered, or faulty, do not accept it — tell the rider or the station and it comes straight back to us at no cost to you.
Already got it home and found a problem? Call +256 393 001720 within seven days with your order number.
Items have to come back unused and in their packaging, with anything that came in the box.

Terms in short
Prices are in Ugandan shillings and include any taxes due. A price can change before an order is confirmed; if it does, we will tell you on the phone and you can walk away.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The sale is made when we confirm it by phone, which is also when we check the item is in stock.
Your details. Your name, phone, email and addresses are stored encrypted, and are used to fulfil your orders and contact you about them. We do not sell them. Read the full privacy policy, stop marketing email with the opt-out form, or ask for your data to be sent to you or deleted.
