Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Both are free, and we will answer within 30 days.

You are not signed in. Sign in first and we can act on this straight away — otherwise we have to phone you to check it is really your account before we touch anything.

Worth knowing before you delete

Deleting removes your account, saved addresses, wishlist and the record of what you browsed.
Orders already placed are kept for tax purposes, but stripped of anything that identifies you.
You will not be able to sign in afterwards, or see your order history.
If you only want to stop marketing emails, you do not need this — opt out here instead.
